By accessing or using WaaZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers.
2. Description of Service
WaaZ provides an AI workforce platform that enables businesses to create, deploy, and manage AI-powered employees for customer service and other operational tasks. Features and availability may change over time.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use WaaZ for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Prohibited activities include spamming, harassment, distributing malware, infringing intellectual property rights, and attempting to interfere with the platform's infrastructure.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain features require payment. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
6. Intellectual Property
WaaZ and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WaaZ and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data but grant us a license to use it solely to provide the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these terms or for operational reasons. You may also close your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use WaaZ ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms survive.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaaZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
WaaZ is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated responses will always be accurate or appropriate.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WaaZ is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
